The Latest: Polls open for Nebraska primary election

He hasn't won the primary yet, but Nebraska Democrat Bob Krist is already preparing a general election campaign for governor against Republican incumbent Pete Ricketts. Krist announced Tuesday that he will embark on a 10-city, three-day tour across Nebraska with his running mate and fellow state senator, Lynne Walz.
