Double-edged sword: Appropriations cuts would lead to Medicaid provider cuts

If the Oklahoma Health Care Authority's appropriations are cut by 15 percent, medical providers said they will have no choice but to cut more infant delivery services, close more rural hospitals and shut down more long-term care facilities.
