OHP issues Kasey Alert for missing Pittsburg Co. man

According to OHP, 51-year-old Jeffrey Scott Nelms is 6'0" and 185 pounds. He is bald with brown eyes.Officials say he was last seen wearing blue jeans, a dark Carhart and black cap.If seen, call 911.
