Norman Police: Secure perimeter lifted, one in custody

NORMAN, Okla. (KFOR) - According to the Norman Police Department, a "law enforcement incident" led to two nearby schools being placed under "secure perimeter".Norman PD says there was a suspicious person who appeared to be impaired in the 200 block of N. Cockrel around 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
