EEOC files lawsuit against Paycom for disability discrimination

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced on Wednesday it has filed a federal suit alleging Paycom Payroll, LLC, an Oklahoma software company specializing in payroll and human capital software, fired an employee rather than providing reasonable accommodation for a food allergy.
