Clemency denied for death row inmate James Pavatt

OKLAHOMA CIY (KFOR) - The Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board denied clemency Wednesday morning for death row inmate James Pavatt. Pavatt had petitioned the board for mercy prior to the vote.
