All lanes reopened after semi-truck fire on I-35

OKLAHOMA CITY – Anyone driving north on I-35 near Hefner Rd. may have experienced a delay Monday morning.
Officials say a semi-truck caught fire in the northbound lanes of I-35 around 3:45 a.m.
Firefighters told KFOR crews that the semi-truck’s tires and brakes were on fire and the saddle tank ruptured.
A hazmat team was called to the scene due to leaking diesel fuel.
At this time, it is unclear if the driver of the semi was injured.
