(KFOR) - An 8-month-old has passed away and a 2-year-old is critically injured after an ATV crash on Sunday.According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the accident happened at an ATV park in Norman around 4 p.m. The ATV was carrying six passengers, two adults and four children.
