Cargominimums

A project to provide 25 apartments by a non-profit group is being assembled from shipping containers on Old Leonard Avenue in Columbus, OH. The “Cargominimum” Project is experimental for the Columbus market. Recycled materials and low cost could help jump start alternatives in the market that is booming with high-end housing under construction in the urban core of neighborhoods by offering unique – but affordable homes for low-income and first-time buyers.
