Rochester Hills man arrested in Rochester for alleged marijuana possession

A Rochester Hills man was arrested after Rochester officers reportedly found 14 grams of marijuana in his car. According to Rochester police, the incident occurred at 1 a.m. on Jan. 14. A Rochester officer was on patrol in the area of Main and Woodward and he saw a vehicle cross over the double yellow lane divider.
