Pulte, Bald Mountain Golf Course owner file suit against Orion Twp. regarding proposed subdivision development

The owners and potential buyers of the Bald Mountain Golf Course recently are suing Orion Township after local officials struck down a proposed residential development for the recreational site.Now, members of a local group that was against the original proposal say they are willing and hopeful to work with the township in its defense.
