Oakland County cigar shop owners react to Cuba-US relations change

Travelers wishing to bring home Cuban cigars will no longer have to smuggle them into the country.Under new trade normalization rules that President Obama announced Wednesday, approved travelers will be able to bring home $400 in Cuban goods, including tobacco and alcohol products worth less than $100 combined, the Associated Press reports.
