Oakland Community Health Network loses CEO Willie Brooks to Wayne County

The search is underway to fill a high-ranking position at the Oakland Community Health Network, the county's network of mental health service providers. CEO and Executive Director Willie Brooks, 56, has been named as CEO of the Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority, the largest such authority in the state.
