Give-A-Christmas fund helps Common Ground meet emergency needs

Common Ground has had many unusual calls to their crisis line, but none more so than one from a woman about her cat.The woman was socially isolated and homebound. Her only friend was her 20-year-old cat, who was dying. Common Ground was able to find a veterinarian who would donate services to humanely euthanize the kitty, but she had no way to get there.
