Downtown Rochester trick-or-treating, Halloween movie set for Oct. 21

Downtown Rochester will play host to a variety of Halloween activities on Saturday, Oct. 21. Here is more information:. Trick-or-treat: 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. . Costume parade: 5:15 p.m. The parade will begin at the corner of Water Street and University Drive. Families will march down Water Street to the sounds of Halloween favorites and show off their costumes on the way to the fire department.
