Chunk of concrete falls from I-696 overpass, crashes through Wixom man's windshield

A Wixom man is lucky to be uninjured after a chunk of concrete crashed through his windshield Wednesday as he drove under an overpass on I-696 in Oak Park, according to WDIV-TV.Kevin Tozer was driving home in the area of I-696 and Southfield Road when the concrete smashed into his windshield, reportedly missing his head by a few inches.
