Baker College to expand laser, photonics program to Auburn Hills

Baker College plans to amp up its photonics and laser program by adding laboratories to its Jackson and Auburn Hills campuses through a National Science Foundation grant. The two-year degree, which trains qualified photonics, laser and fiber optics technicians, is currently only offered at the college's Flint Township campus.
