Average Oakland County home sold for $326,433 in May, $20K increase over previous month

Home selling prices continue to skyrocket as inventory remains low across Oakland County. Compared to 2017, the number of homes for sale across the county and southeast Michigan is down 20 to 22 percent, prompting sellers to rejoice and interested buyers to pay up.
