3 Staten Islanders win lottery to see Pope Francis

Pope Francis will visit the West Lawn of the nation's capitol in Washington, D.C. on Sept. 24 -- as part of the pontiff's upcoming apostolic visit to the U.S. -- and three borough residents are winners of the statewide, online ticket lottery for 100 pairs of coveted tickets to this papal audience, Sen. Charles Schumer announced today.
