Woman gives birth aboard Jordan-NYC flight

A 33-year-old woman gave birth to a baby girl on a flight to New York from Jordan.  A nurse and doctor on the flight helped deliver the baby which weighed 6 pounds and 5 ounces. The birth happened over the Atlantic aboard a Royal Jordanian Flight. The mother and baby were taken to a hospital after the aircraft landed at John F. Kennedy Airport about 2.5 hours later.
