Will a scheduling director keep de Blasio on time?

Six months into the new year when most of us have dropped our new year's resolutions, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio may be trying to live up to one of his: punctuality. The mayor's has hired a director of scheduling. Prisca Salazar-Rodriguez's duties are "to plan and execute the mayor's day-to-day schedule and events."
