Where to catch the fireworks in Brooklyn this year

Celebrating Independence Day in New York City this year? The East River is calling your name then. This year, the 25-minute firework show put on by Macy’s will be featured best at North Brooklyn hotspots like East River State Park, Transmitter Park, and the newly minted Domino Park. The fireworks start at around 9:25, but needless to say, get there crazy early to ensure a spot.
