Iced coffee is ubiquitous in the summer, but a new take on the familiar drink is bubbling up and taking New York by storm. Nitrogen cold brew iced coffee, to be precise. Brooklyn Roasting Company founder Jim Munson says the innovative drink is now responsible for more than half of the shop's coffee sales.
