Urgent need for coats

With two weeks to go until the end of its annual coat drive, New York Cares is falling far short of its goal. The organization says it has requests for more than 100,000 coats; 18,000 have been donated so far. New or gently used coats can be dropped off throughout New York City including all NYPD police precincts, Bryant Park, the New York Cares Warehouse and hundreds of other locations.
