On Sunday, take a trip to Hong Kong with only your Metrocard by journeying out to Flushing Meadows Park for the Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival, now in its 27th year. Starting at 8am and running all day on both Saturday and Sunday this weekend, you can watch more than 120 dragon boat teams race for cash prizes and glory, sample traditional Chinese food like steamed dumplings and rice balls, and enjoy live music and dance performances.
