Tires slashed on 40 vehicles in Brooklyn

There was a rude awakening for about 40 vehicle owners in Brooklyn as they woke up to find their tires slashed! Police released security camera video showing a man walking down the street calmly, then striking the front tires of two vehicles he passed.
