The NY Lottery is searching for a missing millionaire. Someone purchased the jackpot-winning ticket in the Cash4Life drawing on July 24, 2014 and has not come forward in the year since the drawing. The jackpot is $7 million. The winning ticket was sold at Milky Way Deli at 1669 Ralph Ave. in Brooklyn.
