Temperatures plummeting making roads slick

The National Weather Service is warning of icy conditions on roadways and colder air moving in to to the New York city region. Forecasters say temperatures will continue to fall Monday morning. It says residual moisture from this weekend's snowfall on roads and sidewalks will refreeze.
