There’s a new shopping mall coming to town. Big wigs from Macerich (the developer) picked up shovels and picks, and broke ground on the new, two-story retail center that will be the home of Ashley Furniture, Home Store, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Five Below in Valley Stream. Green Acres Commons, attached to Green Acres Mall, will host a menu of new restaurants, too. Eateries include BJ’s Restaurant
