Snow storm headed for NYC region

Another snowstorm is headed to the New York City region. Snow is expected to start falling across the area by early Monday night, and it could get heavy at times after midnight before tapering off after daybreak on Tuesday. Anywhere from 3 to 5 inches is expected for New York City and 4 to 6 inches is expected in southern Jersey, which is under a winter storm warning issued by the National Weather Service. A winter weather advisory is in effect for central Jersey.
