Sunday, March 20, 2016 12:30 pmCentral Library, Dweck CenterWe celebrate Women's History Month and Lillian Gish, whose film-acting career spanned 75 years, from 1912 to 1987.  Based on a short story by Thomas Burke, from his collection of tales set in London's impoverished Chinatown district, "Limehouse Nights."  Richard Barthelmess plays Cheng Huan, a Chinese immigrant, who falls in love with Lucy, played by Gish, and tries to protect her from her abusive father in this poetic and tra
