Service changes coming to 2 and 3 trains

There will be no 2 or 3 train service in Brooklyn during the weekend interruptions, which last from 11:45 pm on Fridays to 5:00 am on Mondays. Straphangers instead are encouraged to rely on 4 or 5 trains,
