Residential composting program expanding

New York City is expanding its residential composting program. The Department of Sanitation plans to expand the program to an extra 33,000 households this year. It will include neighborhoods in the Bronx, including the Riverdale, North Riverdale and Fieldston sections. It will also include Brooklyn's Greenpoint and North Williamsburg neighborhoods.
