Report: NYPD arrests plummet

As Mayor Bill de Blasio and NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton meet with police union chiefs to discuss the tensions with police in the aftermath of the shooting deaths of two NYPD officers, a report indicates police are making fewer arrests.  Some officers, who say they are angry with the de Blasio administration for not supporting them, are slowing down on the job.
