Rep. Michael Grimm to resign

U.S. Rep. Michael Grimm, R.-N.Y., will resign his seat in Congress now that he is a convicted felon, Fox News has confirmed, citing sources on Capitol Hill. Grimm, who represents Staten Island and part of Brooklyn, pleaded guilty to tax evasion charges last week and admitted to lying to investigators. The charges were related to a restaurant he used to own in New York.
