Protesters heckle Bratton at City Council hearing

New York City Police Commissioner Bill Bratton made it clear to the City Council committees on public safety and finance that he wants more cops. But hecklers interrupted him four times. They shouted out "No new cops" and that police policy is racist. Officials cleared the public from the council chamber. Bratton said he was unfazed by the outbursts.
