Poll: Cops were wrong to turn backs on mayor

A new poll shows that a majority of New Yorkers across the board -- 77 percent -- say relations between the mayor and police are generally bad. But Mayor Bill de Blasio insists that progress is being made slowly but surely. A new Quinnipiac University poll found that 69 percent of New Yorkers of all races think it was wrong for officers to turn their backs on the mayor at the police funerals.
