Police: Man drove drunk and caused collision

SmashedCops busted a man for driving drunk after he allegedly fled the scene of a Park Place collision on April 9.The arresting officer reported he was two blocks away from the accident near Vanderbilt Avenue at 6:30 pm, when two men flagged him down and claimed they were rear-ended by the suspect, who then took off on foot.The two men were following the suspect when they spotted the patrolmen, a
