Partial building collapse in Brooklyn

Emergency crews are on the scene of a partial building collapse in the Gowanus section of Brooklyn.A wall came down Tuesday morning on 12th Street between 2nd and 3rd avenues.A truck parked in front of the building was crushed.There are reports of one person injured.12th Street is closed through the area.
