NYPD sergeant charged with raping teen

A New York City police sergeant has been arrested on rape charges after authorities say he maintained an inappropriate sexual relationship with a teenager. Joel Doseau pleaded not guilty Wednesday to rape, sex abuse and other charges. A law enforcement official tells The Associated Press 43-year-old Doseau met the teen online in 2007, when she was 14.
