NYPD concerned about spike in subway crime

The attack of a transgender woman at the Bleecker Street train station is putting the spotlight on subway crime, which is up in some areas. But the NYPD says keep it in perspective. Through May 31 of this year, subway crime was up about 26 percent compared to last year -- from about 78 to 99.
