NYPD computers edited Wikipedia entries on some cases

New York Police Department computers were used to edit Wikipedia articles that referred to alleged police brutality and other controversial cases involving cops. Capital New York broke the story. Wikipedia allows the public to make changes to an entry. If it is done anonymously Wikipedia saves the editor's IP address.
