NYC subway delays way up

Matt Zukowski takes the 6 train to get to class at Hunter College. That is when it gets him to class on time. So it came as no surprise to Matt and other 6 train riders that a report from the MTA says that in 2014 the 6 train arrived on time only 54 percent of the time, a drop of nearly 19 percentage points from the year before.
