NYC schools will teach students how to use a condom

New York City public high schools will be able to demonstrate condom usage in health education classes if they choose to, starting this fall. The city's Department of Education says school superintendents were told about the change in policy last month. Condom demonstrations have not previously been permitted in classrooms.
