NYC faces challenges despite low crime rate

Crime in New York City is at an all-time low, according to the NYPD crime stat numbers. But this month, there have been at least two violent muggings in Central Park. There was also a hammer wielding man attacking people across the city. This surveillance video shows the suspect striking an NYPD officer before his arrest. With the recent incidents we wanted to find out if New Yorkers feel safe.
