NYC councilman wants to ban drones

Drones are one of the fastest-growing technologies out there. The federal government isn't the only one worried about abuses of that new technology. A bill has been introduced in the city that would ban all drone use with the exception of the NYPD with a warrant. The main concern here is the protection of privacy. 15 states have enacted laws to restrict drones for that reason.
