NYC area in deep freeze

Bone-chilling cold with dangerous temperatures is in the forecast for the New York City area this week. Temperatures continue to take a nose dive. The high on Thursday will be 19 degrees.  A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect overnight until at least 9 a.m. Thursday. Wind chill readings will drop to a brutal -10 to -20 degrees.
