You can buy chocolate from dozens of chocolatiers in New York, but only in Brooklyn can you actually visit four different chocolate factories to see the magic in action. I spent the better part of the fall touring Brooklyn’s flourishing chocolate scene, and discovered flavors and delights beyond anythin
