'No Catcalling' signs up around NYC

An apparel company has put up signs around New York City in an effort, it says, to end street harassment. Approximately 50 of the "No Catcalling" signs are posted in Manhattan and Brooklyn. The non-profit company, Feminist Apparel, paid for the signs with money from the sale of T-shirts with similar messages. But will it work?
