Nas’ ‘Illmatic’ celebrated with new Queensbridge mural

Nas‘ Illmatic just turned 30 on Friday (4/19), and a new mural in Queens celebrates the occasion and pays tribute to the rapper. It was painted by Eli Lazare Salome-Diaz and Benny “FCEE” Guerra, and can be found across from the Queensbridge Houses where Nas grew up, on the offices of Urban Upbound at 38-31 13th St.
